safe Antibiotics in pregnancy :- 

• Ampicillin
• Amoxicillin
• Ampicillin + sulbactam
• Amoxicillin + clavulininc acid 
• Sulphonamides
• Nitrofurantoin
• Azithromycin
• Erythromycin

Category D Antibiotics :- 

• Tetracyclines
• Gentamicin ( category C in some Refernces )
• Tobramycin
• Amikacin 

For Treatment Headache and Fever :-

- only paracetamol can be used 

- available in some products such as ( panadol , abimol , cetal , adol ) 

For Dental pain :- 

1- Analgesic as panadol . 

2- Mouthwash as tantum verde . 

3- Antibiotic as Augmentin .

4- Topical analgesic as Dentocalm or Benzocaine ( categored as C ) .

For Common cold :- 

Panadol with Vitamin C ( Vitacid c eff tab )
